When preparing to evaluate your programming, we recommend developing an evaluation plan. Not only is an evaluation plan a good idea, it is often a requirement of funders providing the resources you need to implement and evaluate your programming. An evaluation plan will guide you in each step of your evaluation, from allocating resources to collecting and analyzing data to reporting your findings. This evaluation plan outline includes the major sections common to most evaluation plans. It will provide you with a structure and descriptions of the content you should include in your evaluation plan.
